Teflon Coated (8 X 5"), Mold Plates (set of 2)

These mold plates are covered on one side with a fiberglass mat that is impregnated with Teflon. This is designed for use with low temperature vulcanizing silicon rubber materials to prevent the severe bonding that happens between this type of rubber and aluminum experiences. Ideally you will paint a light coat of Proto Product's React-Shun on to your aluminum mold frames interior, top, and bottom to prevent your low temp molds from sticking to those as well.
