This premium light-curing resins from the Pro3dure GR-series is aimed at manufacturing applications for dental surgical guides. This means the bio-compatibility of this material is superior for direct wet human tissue contact, superior precision, and has the strength to handle the rigors of surgical tools.

This product is specifically tailored for 3D printers using the DLP image projection method. This resin is designed to work well with the Asiga 3D printers using both the 385nm and 405nm wavelengths.

Like the other Pro3dure GR series materials it is best to use the High Quality, German Engineered, broad spectrum, high Intensity, Inert Gas curing unit that we also offer from OtoFlash.

Curing any UV resin in the presence of oxygen causes "oxygen inhibition" which will prevent bio-compatibility. If you are printing items with small details and internal tubes, it is best to use gas curing rather than liquid immersion curing to insure complete oxygen protection during the UV curing operation. The liquid immersion method tends to turn many clear materials yellow and inhibits visibility that a doctor might need during their oral procedures.

The Pro3dure GR-10 Clear resin is a low viscosity, bio-compatible, UV stabilised clear resin based on (meth) acrylate for the preparation of audiology components and many other applications where bio-compatibility is important. GR-10 Clear is exceptional for high resolution parts for DLP machines with LED emitter peak wavelengths between 365nm and 385nm but can build items of lower resolution with LED emitter peaks of 405nm. GR-10 guarantees high process robustness without brittleness and meets the highest standards of aesthetics.

Parts made from pro3dure GR-10 can be sterilised with ethylene oxide, gamma radiation or steam. They remain dimensionally stable and virtually free from discoloration.
