Platinum Casting Issues (Non 3D Printing related)

Platinum casting has a lot of variables that must be controlled. The biggest variable are the humans performing the tasks. This requires that I figure out the source of your technical difficulty and then help you with corrective action to resolve the current defects. It usually involves accurate defect identification. This level of help is remote and will require you to make macro-closeup photos of the specific defects, the whole casting or wax with the feed sprues attached, or for you to send your CAD files for analysis. This is a jewelry manufacturing related Choice only. If metallurgic analysis is required, those costs will be additional. They are not included in this price and we will try to avoid them if possible.
