Versatile post-curing chamber offering vacuum, heating and nitrogen connectivity. You can also hook up external vacuum for a faster draw down. You can program this unit to vacuum, back fill with nitrogen, then vacuum again for a perfect cure. The vacuum curing unit saves a lot of money annually by reducing or eliminating the need for nitrogen tanks, rental, refills, etc. Curing parts in any cure unit that exposes the parts to oxygen containing air during curing leaves an uncured layer on the surface called "oxygen inhibition". This layer is an acidic layer that renders your parts (not bio-compatible). If you are in a medical, dental, microfluidic, or research profession that requires bio-compatibility then you need this machine.

We have machines available that cure without any protection, with inert gas injection but this one is the only one that has the vacuum and gas options to assure of the ideal cure for sensitive parts.
