Tough Natural (Black) High temperature resistant resin with HDT ˛ for tooling & fast 3D printed injection molding inserts

This is a high temperature resistant material up to (230°C) without deflection. It is best to make small inserts that go into larger aluminum standardized mold frames so you can reduce your machining cost of metal molds and just swap out the 3D printed mold insert for low run parts. This is a fantastic material. it will require some experimentation based on the volume of your part to compensate for shrinkage that all 3D materials have since high pressure injection molding requires very precise mating.
